About Us
Ubaldo and Sigita Ferranti have been making fresh pasta here in Boise since 2002. Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Ubaldo has combined the time-honored traditions of pasta-making with a commitment to using fresh local organic products whenever possible. Sigita has applied her knowledge of fresh produce and nutrition to creating both unique and classical ravioli fillings and sauces to accompany their pastas.

This year the Ferranti's will be expanding their joy for Italian food by offering classic sauces such as tomato & basil red sauce, classic pesto, arugula pesto, hot soups in the cooler months and bruschetta featuring flavors from our lovely Boise Farmers Market. Be on the look out for olive oil, fresh tomato, basil bruschetta rubbed with garlic scapes in the spring. Marinated mushroom and sun dried tomato. Local cheese drizzled with local honey. Anything that is in season we will be featuring in our ravioli's, sauces, soup & bruschetta. The result is delicious.....and nutritious !
