Whistlepig Farm is a new venture by Lyndsey Mulherin of High Noon Farm and Henry Allsworth of Winnower Farm and Ferments. Located in the heart of Boise's Dry Creek Valley, Whistlepig Farm grows vegetables, grains, and seeds on three acres of organic ground. Find our food at the Boise Farmers Market, Roots Zero Waste Market, and through our CSA.
We grow using organic practices and aim to put the Earth first in everything we do. In addition to growing pesticide-free vegetables and grains, we practice minimum tillage, crop rotation, and integrated pest management in order to maintain a diverse ecosystem both above and underground.
We also opt for plastic-free packaging whenever possible and use 100% recycled (and recyclable) plastic when it's necessary.
