Native to Idaho and the Pacific Northwest, our farm-raised Snake River white sturgeon produce a premium caviar with nutty/buttery notes, perfect for a celebration or as an everyday indulgence. Serve by the spoonful, as an appetizer or entrée accompaniment. Vacuum-packed in 0.5 oz and 1 oz glass jars. Must be refrigerated. Consume immediately after opening, or refrigerate unopened up to 3 weeks.
