We create hand made, small batch artisanal cocktail bitters and syrups. Bitters are a flavoring extract used to provide depth and dimensionality to a crafted cocktail. Bitters are also used to flavor sodas, juice, waters, and are used in baking, salad dressings and even ice cream! Cocktail bitters are a great addition to the home bar, or to the pantry for creative cooking.

We currently have seven flavors to choose from: Barrel-aged Aromatic, Barrel-aged Coffee Pecan, Barrel-aged Emmett Cherry, Orange, Lavender, Ginger and West 509 (spiced almond orgeat). We source as many local ingredients as possible, such as our spirits and water from Koenig Distillery in Caldwell, coffee beans from the Hailey Coffee Company in Hailey, cherries from Water Wheel Gardens in Emmett, aronia berries from My Father's Farm in Middleton.

Our syrups are great for adding sweetness to your cocktail or you can add them to champagne, pancakes, ice cream and more!
