Prized by chefs for its tenderness and rich, never-gamey flavor, "the other red meat" looks, cooks, and tastes similar to lean beef. With an exceptional nutritional profile and requiring relatively few natural resources to produce, ostrich checks all the boxes to become the next American protein staple.

American Ostrich Farms (AOF) seeks to reduce its environmental impact in every possible way, while also prioritizing humane animal husbandry from hatch to harvest. With it's own USDA-inspected processing facility located on the same property, AOF is able to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency across all of its practices and products.
